SmartCognizer ("we", "our", "us", "the Platform") is a SaaS platform operated as a proprietorship. We enable freelancers, creators, and businesses to create profile pages, collect leads, manage bookings, and engage with their audience.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information. By using SmartCognizer, you agree to this policy.

We use Razorpay to process payments. We do not store your full card or banking details. Razorpay may store payment method identifiers (e.g., card fingerprint, customer ID) on their secure servers.

When you connect your Google account to SmartCognizer:

SmartCognizer's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
SmartCognizer is a multi-tenant platform:

We use Razorpay for payment processing.
When you sign up for a paid plan with recurring billing, you authorize SmartCognizer to charge your selected payment method automatically each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing cycle (except within the refund window — see Refund Policy).
While we take reasonable security measures, no system is 100% secure. You use the Platform at your own risk.

When you delete your account from your dashboard, all your leads, profile data, and uploaded files are permanently deleted within 30 days. Google Calendar events created by SmartCognizer are immediately deleted via API. Payment records are retained as required by law.

As an intermediary operating in India, SmartCognizer appoints the following Grievance Officer:

SmartCognizer is not directed at children under 13 (or under 18 in India for contract purposes). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us immediately at support@smartcognizer.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users and/or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
