If you cancel your SmartCognizer paid subscription within 2-3 calendar days of the charge date, you are eligible for a full refund of that charge.

For recurring subscription renewals, the 2-3 day refund window applies to each renewal charge. Example: If your annual plan renews on Jan 1, you have until Jan 3 to request a refund for that renewal charge.
If you dispute a charge with your bank (chargeback) without requesting a refund from us first:
Recommendation: Always contact us first at support@smartcognizer.com before filing a dispute with your bank. We will resolve most refund requests faster than your bank's dispute process.

A: That is still within the 2-3 day window. We use calendar days, not business days. Your refund request will be honored if submitted before the end of Day 3.
Q: Do you refund setup fees or onboarding costs?
A: No. Setup fees, custom development, and professional services are non-refundable once work has begun.
Q: I paid annually but want to cancel after 6 months — can I get a pro-rata refund?
A: No. We do not offer pro-rata refunds. Your annual subscription provides access for the full 12 months. If you cancel mid-term, you retain access until the term ends.
Q: How long does Razorpay take to process refunds?
A: Razorpay typically processes refunds within 3-5 business days after our approval. Your bank may take an additional 2-5 business days to reflect the credit.
Q: What if I was charged after canceling my subscription?
